Esther Jane, or Jane as her friends call her, a Junior High School teacher at San Policarpo Opportunity School of Agriculture in San Policarpo, Eastern Samar, who believes that "as educators, part of our job is to ensure that every child find success, and an important part of finding success is knowing how to respond to failure - anonymous". She earned a Bachelor of Secondary Education with a specialization in Music, Arts, Physical Education, and Health (MAPEH) from Eastern Samar State University in Maydolong, Eastern Samar. She is now pursuing a Master of Education Major in Physical Education at Eastern Visayas State University.

Jane loves to listen music and sometimes her hobbies is to sing, this it the way of expressing ones feelings and lighten the heavy weight of stress. Dancing is one also of her talent whenever their is an opportunity to perform. She is a dedicated teacher who has the value of Faith, Excellence, and Service. Faith in God where our intellect and will came from to Him that should we put in good action towards in service to others.
